Booking Policy & Process

1. How to Book

Guests may book:

  • Online

  • By phone or text

  • Via direct message on social media (if enabled)

To confirm a booking, guests must provide:

  • Full name and contact info

  • Desired tour date

  • Number of guests

  • Full payment

2. Payment Policy

  • 100% upfront payment is required to secure a booking.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other approved platforms.

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.​

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund by providing at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled tour start time.

  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund

  • No-shows will not receive refunds or credit

  • Guests may reschedule once with 72+ hours’ notice at no additional charge

  • If South Point Off-Road Tours LLC cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund, at the company’s discretion.

​​4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Tours depart on time.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit participation and payment.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.

5. Waiver Requirement

  • Each participant must sign the South Point Off-Road Tours LLC Waiver:

  • Electronically during booking

  • Again in person at the start of the tour

  • One waiver is required per person, not per group

  • Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian

  • No signed waiver = no tour = no refund

6. Group Size & Age Restrictions

  • The maximum number of passengers per Jeep is determined by vehicle type and safety considerations.

  • Minimum age to participate is 6 years old.

  • Children under 6 will not be permitted to join the tour due to Florida state car seat regulations and off-road safety limitations.

  • All minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

7. What’s Included

  • Each tour includes:

  • A fully equipped Jeep with guide

  • Bottled water

  • Basic safety gear

  • Campfire setup (for camping tours only)

  • Guests must bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise noted in a custom package.

8. Tour Sequence & Weather Adjustments

  • We typically begin with a guided tram tour, followed by the off-road Jeep experience.

  • However, tour sequence may change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Wildlife patterns

  • Park regulations

  • Trail access needs

  • Our goal is always to deliver the best possible experience. No matter the order, your adventure will be safe, scenic, and unforgettable.

9. Booking Summary

  • By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept:

  • That no refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to comply with waiver requirements

  • That South Point Off-Road Tours LLC reserves the right to adjust or cancel tours for safety, weather, or operational reasons

  • That no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance

  • That guests must arrive on time, prepared, and aware of all participation requirements
