Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen), bug spray, snacks if you'd like, and a camera or phone for photos. Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Tours run rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. If Southpoint cancels due to weather, we'll offer a reschedule or full refund.
Q: Is the tour safe for kids?
A: Yes! Minimum age of 6 years old. Kids must be accompanied by an adult and wear seat belts at all times.
Q: Will we see wildlife?
A: While we can't guarantee sightings, Florida's wildlife is everywhere! Expect a chance to see gators, birds, boars, critters, and more.
Q: Is food included?
A: No. Guests must bring their own food and beverages. We'll stop for lunch or dinner depending on the tour type, but meals are not included in the tour price.
Q: How many people can ride in a Jeep?
A: We allow up to 4 passengers per Jeep for a comfortable ride.
Q: Can I drive the Jeep?
A: Nope! Sit back and relax-your guide handles all driving so you can enjoy the ride stress-free.
Q: Where do you pick up guests?
A: Yes, we offer convenient pickup from select hotels, malls, restaurants, farmers markets, and other partner locations. After booking, you’ll receive specific details based on your area. We're happy to accommodate when possible — but please note, depending on your location, an additional fee may apply due to distance or availability.
